Ordering a custom protein from antibodies-online is straightforward. Here’s what you can expect from initial inquiry to delivery:

    • Tag requirements (and preferred terminus)
    • Any mandatory post-translational modifications or specific expression system

  2. Feasibility Check
    Based on your requirements, we will consult our production lab to confirm feasibility for a fully custom order.
  3. Quotation
    Once we have all details, you will receive a formal offer outlining the specifications, price, and estimated lead time.
  4. Order Confirmation & Final Review
    Upon placing your order, the production lab will review the protein in detail and confirm:
    • Feasibility (if not already confirmed)
    • Tag type and placement
    • Updated lead time
    You will get a notification via email.
  5. Production
    After your confirmation, the lab begins protein production. Any major updates during production will be communicated to you promptly.
  6. Quality Control & Delivery
    Once production is complete we dispatch the your protein along with a Certificate of Analysis (including QC data).
