Cross-Reactivity (Details): Minimal crossreactivity against Human Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum.  No reaction was observed against anti-Goat IgG F(c), anti-Pepsin or Human Serum Proteins.  This product is suitable for the detection of all Human immunoglobulin classes, isotypes and chain combinations.

Characteristics: F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) Texas Red Antibody generated in goat was generated by enzymatic cleavage and subsequent separation from the Fc fragment.

Purification: This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
