Application Details

Application Notes: Suitable for immunoprecipitation, immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. ELISA 1:40,000 - 1:160,000. WESTERN BLOT 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY 1:1,000 - 1:2,000.

Purity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse Serum Proteins. This specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.8%.
