Immunogen
RFX5 peptide corresponding to a region at amino acids 320 to 494 of the human protein conjugated to Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH).

Specificity
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. Anti-RFX5 (aa 320 to 494) may react with unknown minor bands at 65 kDa and 80 kDa.

Application Notes
Recommended Dilutions: This product was assayed by immunoblot and found to be reactive against RFX5 (aa 320 to494) from a variety of fibroblast and B-cell lysates at a dilution of1:1,000 followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugated AffinityPurified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) code ABIN101990. Anti-RFX5 (aa 320 to 494) detects a 75 kDa band by immunoblot forhuman RFX5. This product was also tested in a gel supershiftassay and found to be reactive against RFX5 complexes using0.5 to 1.0 u l per assay. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. Suitable for immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting, ELISA and supershift assays.
