Specificity

Purified virions. Reacts with all antigenic types of Influenza A in other assay applications. May react with chicken cellular proteins. Specific to H3N2 by IHA. Does not react with HEp-2 cells. Does not react Influenza B, RSV, Para 1-3 or Adenovirus.

Application Notes
|
Suitable for use in ELISA. A starting range of 1/200-1/1,000 is recommended for enzyme immunoassays. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. Caution: Use of Sodium Azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity ofhorseradish peroxidase.
