Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections: diluted of 1: 40-1: 100 in an ABC method (30-60 minutes at room temperature)Recommended Positive Control: TonsilOther applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
