    Without preservative

    Handling Advice

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

    Storage

    4 °C/-20 °C

    Storage Comment

The lyophilized IgG is stable at 2-8 °C for one month and for one year from despatch when kept at -20 °C. When reconstituted in sterile water, the antibody is stable for six weeks at 2-4 °C in the presence of a preservative. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquotted and stored at -20 °C to -70 °C for 6 months without detectable loss of activity.

    Expiry Date

    12 months

    Podoplanin (PDPN)

    Alternative Name

    Podoplanin

    Background

Podoplanin is a highly O-glycosylated integral membrane protein that is specifically expressed in the epithelium of lymphatic capillaries but not in the blood vasculature. In normal skin and kidney, Podoplanin colocalized with VEGFR-3/FLT-4, another marker for lymphatic endothelial cells.Synonyms: Aggrus, GP36, Glycoprotein 36, PA2.26 antigen, PDPN, PSEC0003, PSEC0025, T1-alpha
