This Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is un-conjugated
Application
Western Blotting (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
Specificity
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by a Delipidation and Defibrination. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Alkaline Phosphatase [E.coli]. No cross reactivity occurs against the mammalian form of Alkaline Phosphatase.

Application Notes
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostImmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Alkaline Phosphatase [E. coli] in astandard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG[H&L] (Goat) (Cat#R1364HRP) and (ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonicacid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/20,000 to1/100,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/8,000-1/40,000Western Blot: 1/500-1/2,000 Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
