Specificity: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Sarcosine Oxidase [Microbial]. Cross reactivity against Sarcosine Oxidase from other sources is unknown.

Purification: Prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation and defibrination.

Immunogen: Sarcosine Oxidase [Microbial].

Application Details

Application Notes: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostimmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of SarcosineOxidase [Microbial] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated AffinityPurified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 4,000 to 1: 16,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore with 2.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 90.0 mg/mL (by Refractometry)

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01 % sodium azide as preservative.

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use

Storage: 4 °C/-20 °C

Storage Comment: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
