Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of 1/100-1/200 diluted antibody to label 10e6 cells or 100ul of lysed whole peripheral blood. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: This antibody is supplied as liquid, Protein G affinity purified Immunoglobulin fraction in Phosphate buffered saline pH 7.2 0.09% sodium azide as preservative.
