Application Notes

Flow cytometry: 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 1/10 - 1/100, This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections however, staining of paraffin embedded formalin fixed tissues may be improved in some cases by enzyme pretreatment using Trypsin. Recommended positive control tissue: Tonsil.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
