Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 1/50 - 1/100, This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase. Recommended Positive Control: Normal breast.
