Product Details anti-LAIR1 Antibody

Specificity: This antibody recognises leukocyte-associated Ig-like receptor-1 (LAIR-1). Clone NKTA255 is reported to inhibit NK cell triggering via CD16 Molecules. We recommend the use of SM2048A for this purpose.

Purification: Affinity chromatography on Protein G

Immunogen: NK cells lines B12.100 and AM.25. Spleen cells from immunised mice were fused with cells of the P3U1 myeloma cell line.

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: this antibody detects a band of approximately 40 kDa.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
