Characteristics: The mouse monoclonal antibody NKTA255 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD305 / LAIR1, a 40 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on NK, T, and B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, eosinophils, basophils, mast cells, CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells and thymocytes.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with activated allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Immunogen: Activated NK cells and CD3- thymocytes
