This antibody recognises the OX-40 antigen, which is present on activated T lymphocytes that also express CD4.
Purification
Affinity chromatography on Protein G
Immunogen
Phytohemagglutinin (PHA) activated Rat Lymph Node Cells. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells from the NS0/1 Ag4.1 mouse myeloma cell line.
The antigen is a glycoprotein of approximately 50kD molecular weight which is related in sequence to the low affinity Nerve Growth Factor Receptor.Synonyms: ACT35 antigen, OX40L receptor, TAX transcriptionally-activated glycoprotein 1 receptor, TNFRSF4, TXGP1L, Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4
