- This antibody recognises the OX40 antigen which is present on activated T lymphocytes that also express CD4. Clone OX-40 is not mitogenic, but does enhance some T cell responses.

Flow cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
