This antibody recognises the OX40 antigen which is present on activated T lymphocytes that also express CD4. Clone OX-40 is not mitogenic, but does enhance some T cell responses.
Purification
Affinity chromatography on Protein G
Immunogen
Phytohemagglutinin (PHA) activated Rat Lymph Node Cells. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells from the NS0/1 Ag4.1 mouse myeloma cell line.
Flow cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
