Specificity: This antibody recognises a constant determinant of the gamma/delta T cell receptor. This antibody stains all gamma/delta T cells, and also identifies as gamma/delta T cells a population of dendritic epidermal T lymphocytes. It may be used to stimulate the proliferation of gamma/delta T cells in the presence of either IL-2 or IL-4.

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/100, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: PBS, pH7.2 containing 0.09% Sodium Azide

Storage: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
