Additional Information

Alternative name High chlorophyll fluorescence phenotype protein (Hcf101)
Immunogen recombinant Arabidopsis thaliana Hcf101, amino acid residues 206-532 Q6STH5
Format Lyophilized
Description Hcf101 is a novel protein required for photosystem I biogenesis. Hcf101-1 is ahigh-chlorophyll-fluorescence hcf) Arabidopsis thaliana mutant that lacksphotosystem I. In green tissue the level of this protein is stimulated by light andthe protein has not been detected in roots. It has been localized in chloroplaststroma.
Specificity Predicted reactivity: Arabidopsis thaliana.

Application Details

Application Notes Recommended Dilution 1:3000 with standard ECL (WB), 1: 3000 (IL).
Purity Serum
Storage store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
