Description
|
Hcf101 is a novel protein required for photosystem I biogenesis. Hcf101-1 is ahigh-chlorophyll-fluorescence hcf) Arabidopsis thaliana mutant that lacksphotosystem I. In green tissue the level of this protein is stimulated by light andthe protein has not been detected in roots. It has been localized in chloroplaststroma.
