Alternative Name Death-Associated Protein 1 (DAP Antibody Abstract)
Background Death Associated Protein 1 (DAP1) is a 15 kDa protein that functions as a positive mediator of cell death initiated by interferon-gamma. The DAP1 protein is praline-rich and possesses one SH3 binding motif, as well as several consensus protein kinase phosphorylation sites. The protein is localized in the cytoplasma, however the detailed mechanism of its proapoptotic function is unclear.Synonyms: DAP, DAP-1, DAP1
Gene ID 1611
NCBI Accession NP_004385
UniProt P51397
Application Notes Western Blot: 0.5-4 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 20 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
