Additional Information

Alternative name
UniProt P51397
Immunogen Synthetic peptide surrounding amino acid 96 of human DAP1.
Cross-Reactivity Human, Mouse (Murine), Rat (Rattus)
Description Death Associated Protein 1 (DAP1) is a 15 kDa protein that functions as a positive mediatorof cell death initiated by interferon-gamma. The DAP1 protein is praline-rich and possessesone SH3 binding motif, as well as several consensus protein kinase phosphorylation sites. The protein is localized in the cytoplasma, however the detailed mechanism of itsproapoptotic function is unclear.
Characteristics Synonyms: DAP, DAP1, DAP-1
