Immunogen: This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 107-120 of Mouse LDB2. LDB2 enhances transcriptional efficiency as co-factors for LIM homeodomain and Otx class transcription factors. LDB2 is a close homologue of LDB1. Application Notes: Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed by ELISA against 0.1 ug of the immunizing peptide. A 1:5,000 to 1:20,000 dilution of the antibody is recommended for this assay. Note: This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA against the immunizing peptide. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown.
