Description
Qa-2 alloantigen The 695H1-9-9 antibody reacts with a Qa-2-determined alloantigen. It recognizes an epitope distinct from that recognized by monoclonal antibody 1-1-2.

Application Notes
Working Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Purified (1 ug/10^6 cells), Fluorescein (1 ug/10^6 cells), Biotin (1 ug/10^6 cells), R-phycoerythrin (0.2 ug/10^6 cells). Since applications vary, you should determine the optimum working dilution of the product that is appropriate for your specific need.

Storage
The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.0. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8C. The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8C. The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8C. Do not freeze! Protect conjugated forms from light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed. WARNING Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
