Description
|
WC1 expression appears to be heterogeneous and antibodies of this cluster show differing reaction patterns. CC101 immunoprecipitates a 215 kD molecule from bovine cells, and also recognises the swine homologue of WC1, which is a 180kD molecule. In pigs the 180kD molecule is expressed by a gamma/delta TCR positive T-cell population that is also CD2-, CD4-, CD8-.

Specificity
|
This antibody recognises the WC1 cell surface antigen, expressed by a population of gamma/delta TCR expression cells which lack CD2, CD4 and CD8 but express CD3.

Application Notes
|
Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1/10, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
