The FITC-conjugated Mouse Monoclonal anti-ATP7B antibody (Clone CC101) (ABIN182055) specifically detects ATP7B in FACS.
The antibody is reactive with Cow and Pig samples.
Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1/10, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

WC1 expression appears to be heterogeneous and antibodies of this cluster show differing reaction patterns. CC101 immunoprecipitates a 215 kD molecule from bovine cells, and also recognises the swine homologue of WC1, which is a 180kD molecule. In pigs the 180kD molecule is expressed by a gamma/delta TCR positive T-cell population that is also CD2-, CD4-, CD8-.Synonyms: WC1 antigen
