Additional Information

Alternative name CNOT7
Gene ID CNOT7
Immunogen The immunogen for anti-CNOT7 antibody: synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal of human CNOT7
Sequence TEFPGVVARPIGEFRSNADYQYQLLRCNVDLLKIIQLGLT FMNEQGEYPP
Cross-Reactivity Cow (Bovine), Dog (Canine), Chicken, Human, Mouse (Murine), Rat (Rattus)
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Add 50 µl of distilled water. Final anti-CNOT7 antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml.
Description CNOT7 binds to an anti-proliferative protein, B-cell translocation protein 1, which negatively regulates cell proliferation. Binding of the two proteins, which is driven by phosphorylation of the anti-proliferative protein, causes signaling events in cell division that lead to changes in cell proliferation associated with cell-cell contact. The protein has both mouse and yeast orthologs. The protein encoded by this gene binds to an anti-proliferative protein, B-cell translocation protein 1, which negatively regulates cell proliferation. Binding of the two proteins, which is driven by phosphorylation of the anti-proliferative protein, causes signaling events in cell division that lead to changes in cell proliferation associated with cell-cell contact. The protein has both mouse and yeast orthologs. Alternate splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
Characteristics Antigen Size: 262 amino acids
Molecular Weight 30kDa
