Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 50kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HepG2 and HeLa (calculated MW of 35.0kDa according to NP_006278.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
