Official Symbol: BLNK. RefSeq number(s): NP_037446.1, NP_001107566.1. Gene ontology terms: transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase adaptor protein activity, hemocyte development, humoral immune response, intracellular signaling cascade, inflammatory response, cytoplasm
Specificity This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_037446.1, NP_001107566.1). Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog., Cow, Pig 456 aa

Application Details

Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 70kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Daudi (calculated MW of 50.5kDa according to 037446.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to how SLP-65 is expected to run. However, when transiently expressed in HEK293, a 50kDa band is observed. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Restrictions For Research Use only
