Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Brain and Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 34.9kDa according to NP_005861.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
