Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Approx. 70kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 38.4kDa according to NP_037385.2, NP_056965.3 and NP_001018067.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature (Krupnik et al, Gene. 1999 Oct 1,238(2):301-13., PMID: 10570958 ). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Storage: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
