Application Notes: Western blot: Approx 30-35kDa band seen in Jurkat lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml. Please note that literature indicates DKK4 is detected as three major immunoreactive species of approx. 40 kDa [form (i)], 30-32 kDa [form (ii)] and 15-17 kDa [form (iii)]. We believe this antibody will recognise 30-32kDa species of DKK4.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Storage: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
