Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx 80 kDa band observed in Mouse Melanocyte extracts. Recommended for use at 0.5-2ug/ml. Please note that this product may require overnight incubation of primary and high protein loads. Immunofluorescence: successfully used at 0.5ug/ml to stain mouse melanocytes, see picture.
