Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 35.0kDa according to NP_009016.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Tanaka et al, Int Immunol. 1998 Sep,10(9):1305-14., PMID: 9786430). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
