Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 37kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates (calculated MW of 37.7kDa according to NP_149084.1, isoform delta). An additional faint 40kDa band consistent with calculated MW of Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil, stains a group of cells in the interfollicular area, below the epithelium of tonsillar criptae and weak in germinal centre. Recommended concentration, 1.0µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Storage: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
