Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 45-50kDa band observed in Human Ovary extracts (predicted MW of 43kDa according to NP_075555). Recommended for use at 1-2µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
