Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1/4,000. Western Blot: Approx 40kDa band observed in Human Kidney lysates (predicted size of approx. 38kDa according to NP_004887.2). Recommended for use at 1-2µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
