Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 28-30kDa band observed in Hela and HepG2 lysates (predicted MW of 23kDa according to NP_002873). Recommended for use at 0.1-1µg/ml.
