Application Details

Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx 23kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates (calculated MW of 25.8kDa according to NP_036583). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.1µg/ml. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Research Area Neurology
Restrictions For Research Use only
