Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 90-100kDa band observed in Human Lung and Human Skin lysates (calculated MW of 83.0kDa according to NP_079023). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.
