Application Notes
|
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx. 26kDa band observed in lysates of Mouse pituitary cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 29.4kDa according to NP_000930.1 and NP_001030333.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland shows strong cytoplasm staining in select cells in the medulla. Recommended concentration, 2-4µg/ml. Data obtained from previous batch.
