Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 75kDa band observed in human heart and human pancreas lysates (calculated MW of 73.3kDa according to NP_114072.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Pancreas, shows granular cytoplasmic staining of acinar cells. Cells of the Islets of Langerhans are weakly stained, if at all. Recommended concentration, 3µg/ml.
