Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 35kDa band observed in human tonsil, thymus, lymph node and spleen lysates (calculated MW of 33.4kDa according to NP_116171.3). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.0µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
