Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 19kDa band observed in Human Kidney and Testis lysates and in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 22.1kDa according to NP_002076.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows strong staining surrounding the nuclei of spermatocytes and surrounding spermatozoa. Recommended concentration, 0.3µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
