Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 80kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 74.5kDa according to NP_536739.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
