Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 22kDa band observed in Human Prostate lysates (calculated MW of 24.7kDa according to NP_001002231.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Prostate shows vesicular staining in the secretory cells. Recommended concentration, 2.5-3.8µg/ml.

Concentration: 100µg/200µl

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
