Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments showed a 100kDa band but also bands at approx 35kDa and 26-28kDa in Human Ovary, Placenta, Prostate and Testis lysates after 0.1µg/ml antibody staining.
Concentration 100µg/200µl
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
