Approved: IHC, IHC-P, WB (5 - 10 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 5-10 μg/mL for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 10-20 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: Human recombinant Factor XIIIa. Capillary hemangioma, dermatofibroma, and placenta. -
