Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 2-4 μg/mL for 2 hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:500 for 20 minutes at RT. No special pretreatment is required for the immunohistochemical staining of formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive control: HeLa cells, HepG2 cells, fetal liver or hepatocellular carcinoma.
