Description
All names and symbols: C14orf169, NO66, chromosome 14 open reading frame 169, FLJ21802, MAPJD. Official Symbol: C14orf169. RefSeq number(s): NP_078920.2
Specificity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 70kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 71.1kDa according to NP_078920.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 45kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?

Purification
Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
