Description
ATP synthase is the universal enzyme that synthesizes ATP from ADP andphosphate using the energy stored in a transmembrane ion gradient. AtpA is thelargest subunit of the membrane-extrinsic ATP synthase subcomplex.
Specificity
Predicted reactivity: established to react with dicot and monocot chloroplast AtpA, may cross-reactwith mitochondrial AtpA, algae, cyanobacteria.

Application Notes
Recommended Dilution 1: 10 000 with standard ECL (WB). Additional Information: sequence of protein used for eliciting this antibody is also conserved inArabidopsis thaliana AtpA P56757 .
