Additional Information

Alternative name CD69
Immunogen anti-µ-stimulated human B lymphocytes
Isotype IgG1
Clone FN50
Description CD69 (C-type lectin domain family 2 C, CLEC2C, also known as AIM) is one of the earliestinducible cell surface molecules acquired during leukocyte activation. This glycoproteinserves as a lectin-type receptor in lymphocytes, NK cells and platelets, it is involved inlymphocyte proliferation. CD69 expression is counteracted on T cells in the AIDS stage ofHIV infection, and may be also predictive for clinical response to chemoimmunotherapy.
Specificity The antibody FN50 recognizes CD69, an lymphocyte early activation marker.HLDA IV, WS Code A 91

Application Details

Application Notes The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10 6 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Buffer The reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azideand 0.2% (w/v) high-grade protease free Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as a stabilizing agent.
Storage Store in the dark at 2-8 o C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.Short-term exposure to room temperature should not affect the quality of the reagent. However, if reagent is stored under any conditions other than those specified, the conditions must be verified by the user.
Research Area CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells, Immunology
