Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx. 150kDa band observed in Human Brain (Frnotal Cortex) and Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 161kDa according to NP_005679.2). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml.
